​I founded Caspian Commercial Plumbing nearly 40 years ago with a commitment to building a company rooted in honesty, integrity, and hard work. From the beginning, my goal was not only to deliver quality plumbing solutions, but also to earn the trust of clients, employees, and industry partners through dependable service and strong relationships. Over the decades, I have guided the company through growth, changing markets, and increasingly complex projects while maintaining the values that have defined our reputation. I believe long-term success is built on accountability, treating people with respect, and consistently doing what is right—even when no one is watching. Today, I remain focused on mentoring the next generation of leaders and ensuring Caspian Commercial Plumbing continues to serve its clients and community with the same principles on which it was founded.

Chief Marketing Officer

I’m Alexy Alexanderian, a Pepperdine MBA who has been with the company since 2015, starting in administrative operations and growing alongside the business over the past decade. That experience has given me a deep understanding of our customers, team, and day-to-day operations from the ground up. As the company has grown, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility in branding, marketing, and business strategy. My focus is on building a strong market presence, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring our marketing efforts translate into real business results. I bring a unique combination of operational knowledge, strategic thinking, and long-term commitment to the company’s success.

Project Manager

I have been with CCP for 12 years and currently serve as a Project Manager, overseeing project estimates, coordinating 3D modeling efforts, and helping resolve technical and operational challenges across our projects. Throughout my time with the company, I have worked closely with our teams to ensure projects are properly coordinated, efficiently executed, and successfully delivered. My experience in both the field and project management has given me a strong understanding of the complexities involved in commercial plumbing construction. I take pride in supporting our teams, solving problems, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company. My focus is always on delivering quality results while fostering collaboration and accountability across every project.

Accounting & Human Resources

I have been with CCP for 11 years, supporting the company across accounting, project administration, and operational functions. My responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. In addition to accounting, I assist with project support by coordinating submittals, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and closeout packages alongside our CAD team. I also contribute to day-to-day operations by helping with material deliveries and warehouse inventory needs when required. My diverse role has given me a comprehensive understanding of the business and allows me to support our teams wherever needed to help ensure project and company success.

CAD Designer

​My name is Jose Armando Vasquez, and I have been part of CCP for the past four years. During that time, I have continuously expanded my technical knowledge and developed expertise in plumbing design and drafting. I am responsible for creating detailed plans for a variety of plumbing systems and supporting the development and coordination of AutoCAD projects. My role requires precision, problem-solving, and close collaboration across teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently. I take pride in contributing wherever needed and supporting the company’s continued success.

Receptionist

I have been with CCP for the past year and a half, supporting a variety of administrative and project coordination functions that help keep operations running smoothly. My responsibilities include invoice processing, material procurement, and assisting the CAD team with project submittals, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and closeout packages. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Development, which provided me with strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills that I apply daily in my role. I enjoy contributing to both project and office operations, ensuring that important details are managed accurately and efficiently. My goal is to support our teams and clients by helping deliver well-organized and successful projects.
